You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Engage brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines
  • Understand and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer
  • Understand the key drivers of purchase be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials
  • Track, post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development

More about this role:

Great categories don’t grow by accident — they are built with insight, strategy, and bold decisions. We’re looking for a senior Category Development Specialist who will elevate chocolate category development &  will be working with Milka Prince Polo, Karuna and Migle brands. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive chocolate category growth by developing and executing strategies in-store for chocolate brands.
  • Analyze category performance, market trends, and shopper insights to build business recommendations.
  • Develop assortment, pricing, and promotions recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance teams to build client plans.
  • Ensure efficient budget execution & suggest growth opportunities based on ROI principal.

We expect that you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing. Working with FMCG brands would be an advantage.
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to prepare business recommendations based on data.
  • Are driven towards results and decision making.
  • Have experience in efficient budget execution.
  • Are fluent in English.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary between 3,100 - 3,600 EUR monthly gross . The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits, including: hybrid work model, flexible working hours and health insurance.
