Role Responsibilities
Maintain efficient working relationships with colleagues, functional departments and agent partners.
Conduct quality assessments as well as monitor Agent Services staff performance - identifying critical control points and preventive measures, corrective actions whilst also keeping the focus on objectives supporting the business strategic priorities.
Collect and analyze statistical quality and other key performance data, prepare and distribute summarized reports.
Comply with regulatory requirements when using Western Union systems and QA process in line with internal guidelines and SOX audit controls.
As Senior Associate you will coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by internal and external providers, evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions, such as trainings, documentation updates, to assure ongoing compliance with quality standards.
Role Requirements

Strong escalation and follow-up skills to ensure effective issue resolution.
Experience with data collection, management, analysis.
Experience in Quality, Business Operations or related field.
Ability to follow instructions, procedures and deadlines.
Proactive nature and ability to work independently and within a team.
Flexibility and ability to deliver results in challenging conditions.
University/College degree would be preferable.
Full proficiency in English language, both written and verbal.
It would be an advantage to have knowledge of:
Alteryx, Power BI or other data analysis tool.
AS400, WUAMS, Sales Force and/or SharePoint databases.
WU Agent Enrolment and Maintenance processes.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1,566 – 2,325 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
