Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

As a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll play a critical role in vendor management and procurement process improvement. You'll work with Coupa, Nasdaq's leading procurement system, and contribute to company-wide initiatives focused on automation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding, maintenance, and bank account changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Research, analyze, and resolve supplier-related inquiries, providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all vendor management activities.
• Collaborate with teams across different regions and time zones to streamline procurement processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide input to the development and updating of policies, procedures, and processes that support scalability and automation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in accounts payable, vendor management, or related finance functions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Clear communicator with experience collaborating in matrixed, global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting and procurement processes and systems such as Coupa, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in shared service centers or global finance operations.
• Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement methodologies.

This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
