Scrum Master
CGIPosition Description:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team and support Agile teams working on defence sector projects.
In this role, you will work closely with development team, Product Owner and other Scrum Masters to enable effective agile delivery and continuous improvement. You will play an important role in helping teams organize their work, improve collaboration and delivery predictability, remove impediments, and continuously improve their ways of working.

Salary range: 2700-3770 Euros (gross).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives)
- Support the Product Owner and development team in backlog management and sprint planning
- Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices
- Identify, track and help remove impediments affecting team delivery
- Track and communicate team progress, risks, and delivery status using Azure DevOps and other collaboration tools
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and effective collaboration
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers and stakeholders in an international environment
- Ensure transparency and communication across teams
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar agile tools
- Excellent facilitation, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written
Advantageous qualifications
- Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM, or equivalent
- Experience working in a scaled Agile / SAFe environment
- Experience with PI Planning or other cross team planning and coordination practices
