Job purpose
Johnson Matthey IT (JM IT) is Johnson Matthey’s global IT function responsible for ensuring that our IT capabilities are not only able to support and integrate technologies but can also offer insight into future IT tools that could provide us with a competitive edge and improved operating efficiencies.
The SAP OtC Solution Specialist will be part of the SAP Platform team, reporting to SAP Platform Lead and working across JM SAP applications (ECC 6 / S4 Hana, EWM, IBP and others) together with other SAP Solution Specialists/Leads, extended SAP Platform team and external application support team(s) in managing “Order-to-Cash” tasks, based on business requirements and priorities. The SAP OtC Solution Specialist will provide on-going support and management of the SAP business solution, leading it through to maturity and driving continuous improvement. The SAP OtC Solution Specialist will collaborate closely with SAP Solution Architect(s), Global and local Business Process Owners (GBPO and BPO) and other counterparts (internal and external) to ensure that SAP solution design is fit for purpose. Governance and control over third party solutions and services is a key part of this role.
Note: this is a fixed-term contract position for 12 months
