We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to join us at Telia.
I’m Darius Lukoševičius, Delivery Manager at Telia’s Salesforce Center of Excellence, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on driving business agility and maximizing Salesforce value through collaborative engineering, smart automation, and continuous technological innovation.
What you’ll do:
You will drive the technical execution of our Salesforce roadmap, designing and implementing robust customizations that power Telia's digital transformation:
• Develop scalable, high-performance digital solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern integration frameworks across our core platforms.
• Create reusable frameworks, automated CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
• Consult architecture and business teams across departments on technical best practices, platform capabilities, and optimal integration strategies.
• Mentor junior developers within the Center of Excellence and champion high standards for clean, maintainable code.
What will help you thrive in this role:
We are looking for a proactive, analytical problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and actively follows the latest Salesforce innovations:
• Proven experience in full-lifecycle Salesforce development, including backend logic, frontend components, and API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, platform limits, and security mechanisms.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical designs and deliver measurable, scalable outcomes.
• Fluency in English, with the communication skills needed to collaborate effectively across international, cross-functional teams.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3200-5000 EUR Gross Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
