We are seeking a Salesforce Data Manager to own quality, structure, routing, and ongoing management of customer and prospect data across Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Territories. This role will establish, implement and manage a best-in-class customer and prospect data strategy within SAI360’s database, extending across salesforce.com, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn SalesNavigator and other tools.
The focus is hands-on execution: keeping data clean, complete, enriched, correctly assigned/routed, and aligned to how Sales actually operates. Success will be measured by operational accuracy, speed-to-lead, and data usability for Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
Secondarily, this role will partner with our Salesforce.com administration team documenting requirements as a business analyst, test new functionality prior to rollout, develop training materials, communicate new feature/function to the field, and train/support users. Training and user support extends to all Sales tools.
The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Salesforce Data Manager includes:
- Own the accuracy of Account, Contact, and Lead data in Salesforce, by proactively resolving duplicates, incomplete records, and stale information.
- Ensure all CRM records strictly adhere to defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and SAI360’s segmentation rules.
- Manage automated routing and territory definitions to ensure Leads and Accounts are assigned to the correct owners, including re-assigning during organisational changes.
- Ensure data depth by performing regular enrichment cycles using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maintain up-to-date firmographic and contact intelligence.
- Monitor movement, such as, when key stakeholders change roles, ensuring internal teams are alerted to movement and new opportunities.
- Assess coverage by verifying that high-priority Accounts have sufficient engagement and data across all required personas and job titles.
- Build reports and dashboards to support Lead follow-up, monitor SLA compliance, territory penetration, and ownership gaps, providing Sales leadership with actionable data insights.
- Oversee the selection, integration and utilisation of the Sales tech stack (ChiliPiper, SalesLoft, HubSpot). Support automation initiatives to ensure seamless data flow and hygiene across all platforms.
- Translate feature/function requests into Salesforce.com capabilities for our Salesforce.com administration team to produce. Lead User Acceptance Testing for new features and assist in sales enablement for all Sales tools.
In the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is €4,000-€5,000 gross/month (€48,000-€60,000 gross/year), plus the opportunity for a bonus. This salary may vary based on location and experience.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Data, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops roles;
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Ownership, Routing);
- Proven experience with lead routing, territory management, and data enrichment;
- Strong ability to use LinkedIn SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, Hubspot;
- Experience with Salesloft or other cadencing tools is advantageous;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot data issues before they impact Sales
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating across teams;
- Proactive approach to identifying and reducing data deficiencies;
- Willingness to stay up to date on Sales tools, as well as supporting others in their learning.
