Now we're adding a dedicated deal hunter to our Lithuanian commercial team.
This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who already knows the developers, brokers, and property investors in this market — and can turn those relationships into signed term sheets fast. If you've spent years building a network in Lithuanian real estate and you're ready to monetize it with a lender that can actually say yes, this is your role.
You'll work alongside our Country Manager in a small, senior commercial team with full focus on bringing deals in.
What you'll do:
Hunt. Originate secured real estate lending deals through your own network, brokers, and direct outreach to developers and investors. Your pipeline is your scoreboard.
Open doors. Activate existing relationships from day one — we expect your first deals to come from people who already take your calls.
Close. Drive opportunities from first conversation to signed term sheet, working with our investment and risk teams who handle the deep analysis so you can stay in the market.
Build the channel. Develop and manage broker partnerships across Lithuania with a transparent, competitive commission framework.
Be visible. Represent us at industry events, track every active project in the country, and feed market intelligence back into our deal strategy.
Who you are:
5+ years in real estate finance, banking, brokerage, development, or investment sales — in a role where you brought in business, not just processed it.
A real network: you already know the people who will be your first ten deals.
A proven origination track record — you can name the deals you sourced and closed.
Comfortable talking structure: LTV, exit, security, cash flow. You don't need to build the model, but you need to smell a bad deal early.
Hungry. You're not done climbing, and you'd rather be paid for performance than tenure.
Fluent Lithuanian and strong English.
