- Prospect Like a Pro. Research and identify key decision-makers in fintech. Use cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to open doors and start meaningful conversations.
- Drive Inbound + Outbound. Own your pipeline. Balance proactive outbound prospecting with responsive inbound lead management to maximize every opportunity.
- Nurture Relationships. Build strong connections with new and existing prospects, focusing on long-term partnerships and deep understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate to Win. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute on strategy, campaigns, and feedback loops that drive results.
- Stay Smart & Organized. Keep detailed records of activities in our CRM. Track your progress, share insights, and stay on top of your goals.
- Know the Playing Field. Monitor industry trends and competitors. Use insights to refine your messaging and sharpen our competitive edge.

What weโre looking for:
- Proven track record in sales or lead generation - bonus if itโs in SaaS, tech, or fintech.
- High-energy, target-driven mindset with a hunger to win.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - storytelling is your superpower.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
