๐Ÿ” What youโ€™ll do:

  • Prospect Like a Pro. Research and identify key decision-makers in fintech. Use cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to open doors and start meaningful conversations.
  • Drive Inbound + Outbound. Own your pipeline. Balance proactive outbound prospecting with responsive inbound lead management to maximize every opportunity.
  • Nurture Relationships. Build strong connections with new and existing prospects, focusing on long-term partnerships and deep understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate to Win. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute on strategy, campaigns, and feedback loops that drive results.
  • Stay Smart & Organized. Keep detailed records of activities in our CRM. Track your progress, share insights, and stay on top of your goals.
  • Know the Playing Field. Monitor industry trends and competitors. Use insights to refine your messaging and sharpen our competitive edge.

  • Proven track record in sales or lead generation - bonus if itโ€™s in SaaS, tech, or fintech.
  • High-energy, target-driven mindset with a hunger to win.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - storytelling is your superpower.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
