 MPS Baltic client - Rickman Trade Lithuania  -  is part of the Rickman Trade international network and has been the official JURA distributor in the Baltic markets since 1997. Since 2017 Rickman Trade has expanded its brand portfolio, becoming the official distributor of the world’s most advanced blenders – Blendtec – in Baltic markets.


Rickman Trade Lithuania is currently looking for a Specialized Key Account Manager to join its dynamic and professional team in Lithuania and support its continued growth.



Your responsibilities:


·       Maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships with resellers, ensuring the Rickman´s market leader position is upheld, goals are achieved, and customer satisfaction remains high

·       Building effective and long-lasting relationships with resellers, providing high-quality customer support, and conducting product training and demonstrations

·       Monitoring and achieving sales budget targets

·       Ensuring successful sales in Lithuania, identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities

·       Supporting marketing actions, including organizing JURA and Blendtec brand events in Lithuania and ensuring the quality of campaign materials

·       Collaborating closely with the overall Baltic sales and marketing team to achieve regional goals

 


What is expected:


·       Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably Coffee or HORECA sector

·       Strong understanding of sales principles with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences

·       Effective presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

·       High degree of professionalism with strong argumentation abilities

·       Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

·       Proactive, goal-driven mindset with a hands-on-approach

·       Working proficiency in both Lithuanian and English

·       Valid category B driving license
