Job Description

About the role:
 

  • We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Specialist to strengthen our Baltic commercial team by driving data-driven insights that support pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions.
  • This role plays a key part in enabling profitable growth by helping commercial teams optimize trade investments, evaluate promotional performance, and identify opportunities across customers, channels, and product portfolio.
  • This role has a direct impact on commercial decisions across key customers in the Baltic markets.
  • You will work closely with Sales, Commercial Finance and Category teams, ensuring that our commercial strategy is supported by strong analytics and clear business insights.

Main responsibilities:
 

  • Support execution of the Revenue Growth Management agenda across Baltic markets (pricing, promotions, portfolio mix).
  • Evaluate promotional performance and ensure ROI-driven trade investment decisions.
  • Monitor sales, net revenue and trade spend performance across key customers.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights.
  • Support commercial planning cycles and business performance reviews.
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial Finance and Category teams.

Key requirements:
 

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Analytics, or similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with TPM / RGM tools (e.g. Navigator) is an advantage.
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Fluent English.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary 3300 – 3900 € gross plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate.
