Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness device companies, helping people around the world — from the US and UK to Europe and Australia — reduce stress and sleep better with innovative vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) technology. You may have seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team of 50+, moving fast and working collaboratively — and now we’re looking for a Retention Manager to turn our user base into a powerful growth and monetization engine.
As Pulsetto’s Retention Manager, your mission will be simple yet high-impact: unlock new revenue streams from our rapidly expanding user base.
This role is all about strategy, experimentation, and data-driven execution — transforming customer retention, re-engagement, and CRM activities into measurable business growth.
You’ll develop and execute monetization initiatives that go beyond traditional email campaigns — spanning app engagement, omnichannel automations, upsells, referral programs, and reactivation loops.
If you’re passionate about lifecycle marketing, love turning user data into action, and know how to drive ROI from CRM and retention systems — this role is built for you.

Reduce premium cancellations: improve cancel flow, add retention offers, and trigger smart re-engagement.
Win-back campaigns: re-activate churned users with incentives, new features, or referral bonuses.
Upsell accessories & 2nd devices: cross-sell pads, cases, or family bundles through app and lifecycle flows.
Omnichannel campaigns: leverage push, SMS, WhatsApp, and email for personalized communications.
Next-gen upgrades & referrals: launch trade-in, loyalty, and “Give €10, Get €10” programs.
Partner upsells: test affiliate models and brand collaborations for additional revenue streams.
Behavioral segmentation: tailor offers using usage, purchase, and lifecycle data.
