I’m Andrius Paulauskas, Team Manager for Ingest Platform & Integration, and I’m looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your expertise and grow in a collaborative environment as we work together to deliver the best viewing experience for our customers. Our team supports Telia Play - a unified TV streaming platform serving audiences in Sweden, Finland, and Norway - ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of quality.

What you’ll do:

  • Troubleshoot and analyze metadata issues using data analysis tools for Telia Play.

  • Conduct routine quality assessments on metadata to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Identify and address inaccuracies, inconsistencies, overlaps, or gaps in metadata promptly.

  • Support teams in metadata validation processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.

  • Collaborate with data providers and internal teams to gather and validate metadata for new and existing content.

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as OpenSearch, Kibana, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency in data querying languages for effective data manipulation and analysis.

  • Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong task prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2680 - 4100 EUR (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
