We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Justas Sobutas, Engineering manager, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on we design and develop digital self-service experiences for the Norway market, making it easier for customers to manage their services.

What you’ll do:

Develop and execute manual test cases for our web and mobile self-service solutions to ensure stable, high-quality customer experiences.
Create clear bug reports, test documentation, and testing workflows that improve product quality and team efficiency.
Consult with developers and product managers to clarify requirements, communicate issues, and ensure features meet quality standards.
Own the testing process by validating fixes, tracking issues, and advocating for quality throughout the development cycle.

What will help you thrive in this role:
• Proven experience in app and web testing, with a strong understanding of quality assurance and user focused testing practices.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and experience working with Jira for bug tracking and test management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with developers and product teams, report issues effectively, and support smooth delivery of features.
• Fluency in English. Lithuanian language considered a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3600 to 4500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
