Quality Assurance Engineer

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join us at Telia.

I’m Justas Sobutas, Engineering manager, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on we design and develop digital self-service experiences for the Norway market, making it easier for customers to manage their services.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute manual test cases for our web and mobile self-service solutions to ensure stable, high-quality customer experiences.
• Create clear bug reports, test documentation, and testing workflows that improve product quality and team efficiency.
• Consult with developers and product managers to clarify requirements, communicate issues, and ensure features meet quality standards.
• Own the testing process by validating fixes, tracking issues, and advocating for quality throughout the development cycle.

What will help you thrive in this role:
• Proven experience in app and web testing, with a strong understanding of quality assurance and user focused testing practices.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and experience working with Jira for bug tracking and test management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with developers and product teams, report issues effectively, and support smooth delivery of features.
• Fluency in English. Lithuanian language considered a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3600 to 4500 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
