About The Team & Business Line

Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multidisciplinary team within the Transformation Office (TO), tasked with identifying, developing, and deploying automated solutions by leveraging a variety of emerging technologies. These technologies encompass Artificial Intelligence, Cloud-native Automation, Business Process Management, APIs, Data Processing, AWS Cloud Services, Robotic Process Automation, and Test Automation.

As a Python Developer within the Intelligent Automation (IA) team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automated solutions for the Citco Group. You will collaborate closely with process owners and business unit representatives to streamline and digitize operational processes, delivering sustainable efficiency gains, cost optimization, and improved user experiences across the organization.

Your Role:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy and maintain scalable, cloud-native automation solutions and services using Python, AWS cloud technologies. 
• Develop integrations between enterprise applications using REST APIs, messaging services, and event-driven architectures.
• Participate in all phases of the project life cycle, including scoping, analysis, solution development, deliverable review, and implementation.

• Promote coding/architectural best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing, technical documentation, code reviews, and mentoring junior team members.

• Develop and implement LLM-based solutions into workflow automations for data extraction, document processing, and business process optimization.

• Collaborate with business SMEs, solution architects, and technical teams to design automation solutions.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies including daily scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review sessions, and retrospective meetings.
• Perform testing activities for releases, enhancements, and production deployments as required.
• Analyze and understand business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Assess candidate business processes for transformation and/or automation opportunities.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience developing applications, services, or integrations using Python.

• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• Able to efficiently develop and maintain scripts, services, and data processing solutions to import, clean, transform, and augment large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud.

• Proficiency with source code management and version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodeCommit. 

• Experience developing APIs and integrating enterprise applications.

• Good English skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and CloudWatch.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate, UiPath Certified Professional, or equivalent certifications.

• Experience working with LLMs, including prompt engineering, document processing, and data extraction.

Salary 

2830 – 4000 EUR GROSS
