Programme Director

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Programme Director to become a key player in our TIA  team. If you're a seasoned Programme Manager and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Konstitucijos 21B, Vilnius, Lithuania

Working Model: Hybrid (after probation period)

This position will be part of Sapiens’ P&C Division.

What you’ll do:

• Overall responsibility & accountability for the delivery of all Sapiens services & Products to customer, on time, in high quality, within budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Customer management: set expectations, governance, client visits, contracts, SOW etc.
• Drive efficiency & effectiveness;
• Budget management:

• Predictability and risk management;
• 2-in-a-box with Sales.

What to Have for this position:

• At least of 5+ years in project management.
• Wide managerial experience with overall responsibility for successful delivering of various products and services to customers.
• Proven record of direct successful collaboration with customers, especially senior executives.
• Knowledge and experience with software development methodologies and of the overall iterative software development lifecycle.
• Experienced in building the long-term business relationships with clients and identifying sales opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, issue resolution, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
• Passion to communicate, mentor and lead the team to successful outcomes.
• English level starting with B2

Good to have Skills:

• A PMP, PRINCE2, MSP and Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Experience leading Tia implementation and upgrade projects.
• Deep understanding of the company's strategic goals and market
• position.
• Knowledge of industry-specific software solutions, regulations and standards relevant to the InsurTech sector.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in the InsurTech and FinTech domain.
• Proven record of up-sells and cross-sells software solution and associated services.
• Proved record of Core software applications implementations in insurance companies.
