Production & Fulfillment Assistant (Part-Time/Full-time) — U. P. Originals 📍 Kaunas, Lithuania

About us U. P. Originals is a young, fast-growing brand creating custom embroidered collegiate apparel for schools and student organizations across Europe. We design our own fits and produce premium, chenille-embroidered hoodies, zip hoodies and crewnecks. We're building something new in the fashion space — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The role You'll be at the heart of our production and order fulfillment. No previous experience is needed — we'll teach you everything. You'll start out working closely with an experienced team member, and take on more independent responsibility as you grow into the role. Day to day, you will:

• Operate embroidery work and machine handling
• Inspect product quality before shipping
• Pack orders carefully and prepare shipments
• Handle dispatch and courier coordination
• Take on other hands-on tasks as our small team grows

What we're looking for

• Self-starting, hardworking and well-organized
• No experience required — just a genuine willingness to learn and develop
• An eye for detail and pride in producing quality work
• Good English
• Excitement about helping build a new fashion brand from the ground up

What we offer

• Part-time position, 15–20 hours per week to start, with the possibility of moving to full-time
• Full training — you'll learn every part of the job, first alongside an experienced team member, then working independently

Compensation Starting from 8€/h, with clear room to grow as your skills develop.

Location On-site at our Kaunas facility (Raudondvario pl. 93).
