About the Team & Business Line

We're seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our CitcoOne Product Team. This role focuses on CitcoOne, Citco's comprehensive client portal that integrates reporting across all business functions including Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, and Private Asset and Real Estate Funds.

Your Role: 

• Drive product vision and strategy as the voice of internal and external CitcoOne users.
• Collaborate with design teams to create innovative user experiences.
• Manage product backlog and lead grooming sessions.
• Create and prioritize user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user story acceptance testing and validate delivered features.
• Support business operations and provide Level 3 global support.
• Lead user education initiatives for system enhancements.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes.

About You:

• 3+ years managing complex projects and 2+ years in in‑house application development within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification (preferred) and strong knowledge of SDLC frameworks (Agile and Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Jira, plus expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in change management, release coordination, business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Data‑analytics capabilities and service‑management principles.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other Citco locations.

Salary Ranges

2650 – 3330EUR GROSS
