About the role
Supporting the C&A category business unit in profitable growth by creating outstanding consumer experiences in the category.
Product Specialist will support the development and deployment of the successful commercial strategy for the product categories, ensuring timely creation of innovative features and products. He/She will be the link between local Marketing and Product Line teams Sales team to ensure effective launch execution and consistent ranging, based on deep product knowledge and understanding of market and competitors.
In this role, you will be part of the C&A Product Line Team responsible for Baltics markets. Your main stakeholders will be Product Lines, Sales, Marketing teams and customers
You will bring a strong support to the Product Line Manager on range execution.
Close co-operation with Commercial Area C&A Product Line Manager to ensure daily execution and follow up of all product related activities;
Support to Product Life Cycle (new SKU creation/rationalization, specs, phase-in/phase-out and profitability monitoring);
Regular competitor range benchmarking and analysis;
Samples organization & shipment coordination with factories and suppliers (Events/Fairs, Certification Purpose.);
Quality and approbation follow up with factories and suppliers;
Support marketing to ensure spec, imagery and content library is up to date;
General data support to the team.

Minimum experience:
Academic degree in business and/or technical field
