Main Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute product-focused integrated marketing campaigns, from planning to launch.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand product functionalities and value propositions.
    • Translate technical knowledge into compelling marketing messages and analogies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
    • Document all aspects of campaigns for future reference and optimization.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and inform future strategies.
    • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to transfer knowledge and insights.
    • Continuously innovate and refine marketing strategies to drive product adoption and customer engagement.

Core Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in the marketing or marketing project management field.
    • Experience working in or with different marketing teams.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and various communication channels.
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill technical information into accessible content.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
    • Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and managing complex projects.
    • Proficiency in documentation and project management tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance.
    • Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Salary Range

    • Gross salary 2800-3500 EUR/Month
