Product Manager

We are currently looking to hire a Product Manager who will be responsible for Orion Pharma's Branded Products and Biosimilars portfolio within Baltic countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. 

Description of role  

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for marketing and commercial activities for Orion's Branded Products and Biosimilars portfolio within Baltic States and as a part of the Generic Sales and Consumer Health Finland and Baltics organization.  

The key areas of responsibilities are the following: 

• Plan, implement and monitor marketing and commercial activities of your own product portfolio, as well as the development of product portfolio taking into account market needs 

• Analyze changes in the market, identify customer needs and increase customer understanding of your product area of responsibility 

• Implementation of the customer-oriented marketing strategy 

• Build, develop and manage the brands of product area of responsibility 

• Master traditional and digital marketing communications 

• Plan campaigns and sales measures in close cooperation with the sales team 

• Responsible for marketing materials preparation 

• Train and guide the sales field on products under responsibility 

• Plan and implement training events for customers (according the needed) 

• Establish and maintain key contacts with different medical and scientific organizations, medical industry, pharmaceutical distributors and wholesalers, pharmacies and hospitals and other organizations, which are important in respect promotion of Orion Pharma Branded Products and Biosimilars. 

• Follow high internal and external compliance requirements applied for promotional and commercial activities of pharmaceuticals and consumer health products 

You will be reporting directly to Baltic States Manager and will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.  

To succeed in the Product Manager (Branded Products) role, you possess the following: 

• Knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the fields of Pulmonology, Neurology or Biosimilars
• Experience and proven track record in the marketing / product or sales management of prescription medicinal products 

• Master's or Bachelor's degree (pharmaceutical/medicine/natural science/commercial or in a relevant field) 

• Analytical skills and understand cause-and-effect relationships 

• Negotiation skills 
• Excellent communication skills

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (written and verbal) 

• A valid driving license 

• Proof of medical check on the ability to perform the described duties for the position (according to occupational safety requirements at work in Lithuania)
