Product Design Team
We design with purpose and support our work with data. We combine clear, usable interfaces with strong user experience to deliver measurable results. We work closely with business and development teams, test ideas, and refine them based on evidence
You
You are a product designer with strong UX and UI skills and a strategic mindset. You back up your decisions with research and analytics, not assumptions. You are comfortable planning and running A/B tests, presenting several well-reasoned options, and aligning stakeholders around the best path. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams and care about quality, usability, and aesthetics.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead the design process across multiple smaller projects from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development, and business teams to clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics
- Use research, analytics, and A/B testing to validate decisions and improve outcomes
- Produce user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that are ready for implementation
- Present clear options with trade-offs and recommend a direction supported by data
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and speed
- Help establish and improve team processes and ways of working
- Stay current with design practices and apply them where they add tangible value
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
- A portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates strong UX and UI craft, problem solving, and measurable impact
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and accessibility fundamentals
- Practical experience with user research and usability testing; A/B testing experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to explain design choices clearly, present multiple solutions, and build alignment with business and technical teams
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready designs
- Willingness to help shape and improve design processes as needed

GROSS SALARY
- 4000 - 5600 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
