ABOUT THE POSITION
Product Design Team Lead (Fashion Accessories) at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: Drive creative direction, maintain design excellence, and collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused products. Lead a team of industrial designers, overseeing the entire design process to ensure products meet customer needs and styles.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the full product design process from concept to production, ensuring every piece is fashion-forward, trend-aware, and irresistible to our style-savvy audience.
- Define and drive the creative direction in line with brand identity, consumer trends, and market demand.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of industrial designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Prioritize projects based on business goals, managing workflow to deliver high-impact results on time.
- Collaborate with marketing, branding, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure a cohesive product vision and seamless execution.
- Oversee prototyping, sampling, and testing to uphold quality, functionality, and BURGA’s bold, trend-driven aesthetic.
- Optimize materials, production techniques, and costs while maintaining premium quality.
- Stay ahead of fashion, lifestyle, and tech trends to inspire future product lines.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on fashion-forward or lifestyle consumer products, specifically in industrial or product design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, aesthetics, and brand identity translation.
- Ability to balance business goals with customer needs, creating designs that resonate with the market.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of designers.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, with a solid grasp of design tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, branding, product development).
- Passion for creating stylish, functional, and trend-driven products that align with market demands and innovation.
SALARY: 4500-5000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
