Main Responsibilities
- Own and execute our global influencer marketing strategy across all major platformsIdentify, vet, and onboard creators that align with nexos.ai's brand and audience.
- Negotiate partnership terms with a focus on ROI, scalability, and business impact.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Build long-term relationships with top creators and talent agencies.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Experiment with innovative approaches to showcase our AI product through creator partnerships.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working directly with creators and agencies.
- Analytical mindset to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance.
- Strategic thinker who can identify the right creators for our AI-focused audience.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Passion for emerging technology and the creator economy.

Salary Ranges
- Gross salary range is 3200-4200 EUR.
