WHAT WILL YOU DO
Lead and guide the strategic direction of the PPC Team, overseeing multiple projects
Set and communicate project direction, procedures, reporting and QA guidelines, while considering project goals, timeframe, resources, complexity level, and risks
Ensuring top-notch standards for PPC management processes and deliverables
Take ownership of the team's OKRs
Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, ROI, identify trends, insights, and optimize strategies for enhanced acquisition performance
Manage the acquisition budget effectively, monitoring expenses, optimizing spending, and making data-driven decisions to allocate resources efficiently
Continuously track the effectiveness of the team and propose workflow improvements
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, assisting them in navigating day-to-day challenges and nurturing their skills
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 2+ members
4+ years of experience in delivering and developing complex PPC strategies
Proven track record of delivering high-complexity global paid search strategies
Proficiency in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at presenting complex ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams
An ability to perform well under pressure and keep the team on track
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and similar tools
Hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved in tasks execution
Commitment to staying up-to-date with marketing and industry trends
Autonomy in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities

GROSS SALARY
4300 - 5460 EUR/month. Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
