PartiQlar and Hello100 are two e-commerce brands specializing in high-quality, science-backed longevity supplements. Both brands are dedicated to improving health and well-being through transparency and exceptional product quality. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PPC specialist to join our team in Vilnius.

What You Will Do

    • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Paid Social, Display, and Paid Search channels.
    • Conduct A/B testing on various landing pages and prepare briefs for design teams to make adjustments accordingly.
    • Manage different creatives and copy for experiments to improve CTR and CR performance.
    • Maximize campaign performance and ensure results align with KPIs.
    • Provide constructive, data-based feedback on creative performance.
    • Monitor competitor activity to assess its impact on our accounts.
    • Collaborate closely with copywriters and designers on creative preparation and adjustments.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and take initiative to develop better strategies.
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the advertising industry.

What We Expect

    • Experienced in managing PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms, with a solid understanding of full-funnel strategy - from awareness to retargeting and conversions.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; able to interpret performance metrics, evaluate user behavior, and optimize for meaningful actions (not just clicks).
    • Skilled in testing and optimizing landing pages, funnels, and advertorials using tools like Google Optimize or VWO; able to clearly communicate complex insights in a simple way.
    • Brings creative ideas and strategic thinking to the table; stays up to date with the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and fluent written/spoken English.
    • Experience with e-commerce, large-scale campaign management, and tools like Magick Click or Impact for affiliate/partner traffic optimization.

Salary Range

    • Gross SalaryΒ 2500 - 4000 EUR/Month
