Power BI Developer (Freelance)

Salary: 19-22 EUR/hour gross (before tax), based on your skills and experience

Estimated Workload: 50-100 hours per month (project-based) 

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)

What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a freelance Power BI Developer to support client reporting needs on a flexible, project basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to contribute independently to a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll work with financial data from various accounting platforms to design and deliver dashboards that bring clarity and insight to clients.

How you’ll spend your day

• Extracting and modeling financial data from systems like Xero, QuickBooks, e-conomic, Sage, or NetSuiteDesigning clear, user-friendly Power BI dashboards tailored to specific client needs
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all reports
• Collaborating with the internal team to deliver and publish dashboards via our client portal
• Maintaining a consistent structure and visual language across reporting assets

You’ll be successful if you have

• Solid experience in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Familiarity with accounting systems or financial datasets
• Ability to work with APIs or data connectors for tools like Xero or NetSuite
• Strong attention to detail and data visualization best practices
• A self-driven approach and ability to manage your workload independently
