As a Portfolio Account Manager at Oxylabs, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, handling operational and commercial queries. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying business growth opportunities, building long-standing relationships with B2B clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and success.
Your day-to-day:
Engage in daily communication with a wide array of clients to ensure maximization of their business value.
Identify and utilize upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a designated customer portfolio.
Actively manage customer renewals, red accounts and billing processes.
Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to address and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
Track, monitor and report operational revenue metrics pertaining to the Self-Service and D-Tier client portfolio.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication on customer-related issues and concerns.
Support the team by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to monitor and drive revenue & customer satisfaction growth metrics.
Your skills & experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement (i.e. Sales or Customer Service).
Ability to deliver positive results for customers by understanding business/personal needs and building strong relationships.
Being a customer advocate - strong internal communication.
Excellence in written and verbal English.
Ability to identify account expansion opportunities.
Objection handling and proactive mindset.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Nice to have requirements:
Experience with Salesforce, Jira, PowerBI, MixMax systems.
Experience with billing procedures.
Experience with data analytics.
Salary:
Gross salary: 1990-3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
