What you'll be doing

Our client is one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordic region, delivering world-class digital financial solutions to customers across multiple markets. Technology plays a key role in enabling business transformation, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic security and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with programme leadership, senior stakeholders, and governance committees to drive transparency, control, and successful programme delivery.

How you'll spend your day

  • Support programme governance and control activities across a portfolio of strategic security initiatives.
  • Produce strategic reporting for programme leadership, executive stakeholders, and governance forums.
  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and support proactive risk management activities.
  • Support financial management processes, including budget tracking, forecasting, spend monitoring, and benefits realization reporting.
  • Consolidate information across multiple projects and workstreams into executive-ready dashboards and management reports.
  • Track programme milestones, deliverables, KPIs, dependencies, and transformation outcomes.
  • Maintain programme plans, decision logs, action logs, and other programme management artefacts.
  • Drive consistency in governance, reporting, and delivery management practices across the programme.
  • Support resource planning, portfolio coordination, and continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.

You'll be successful if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in a PMO, Programme Management Office, Project Controls, Portfolio Management, or similar role within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of programme governance, executive reporting, RAID management, financial tracking, and delivery controls.
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology, security, risk, or transformation programmes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform complex information into clear management insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to understand strategic programme objectives.
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, or risk management programmes would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio management practices.
