WHAT WILL YOU DO
Develop and produce high-performing ad creatives for Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Translate marketing strategies and performance insights into engaging, conversion-focused visuals and concepts
Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and data analysts to iterate and test new creative directions
Analyze creative performance data and apply learnings to future campaigns
Stay up to date on digital trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices to ensure creative excellence
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE
3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative production for Paid Social campaigns
A strong portfolio demonstrating work that delivered measurable results (CTR, CVR, ROI improvements)
Hands-on experience designing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other major platforms
Solid understanding of performance metrics and how creative impacts them
Proficiency in design and motion tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, any AI video production tool)
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams — from marketing to analytics
Excellent communication skills in English and strong attention to detail
A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for blending creativity and data
