We’re looking for an ambitious People Partner to support our teams in Lithuania and contribute to a global HR mission. As part of our dynamic HR team, you’ll collaborate with local and international stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Your focus:
- Serve as the first point of contact for people-related topics, advising managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with business leaders to align people strategies with operational goals and proactively address organizational needs
- Support HR operations: maintain employee records, process changes, and ensure HRIS accuracy in compliance with internal policies
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee journey
- Partner with the wider HR team on group-wide initiatives, including performance management, learning & development, and engagement programs
- Drive recruitment efforts in your area, managing end-to-end hiring processes and supporting workforce planning
- Monitor and apply Lithuanian labor law updates, ensuring local compliance and risk mitigation
- Contribute to HR data reporting and analytics, providing insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Required skills & qualifications:
Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience in a generalist or HR business partnering role
- Solid understanding of Lithuanian labor law and HR operational processes
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office
- Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and drive for results
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in fintech, banking, or international corporate environments
- Background in learning & development or employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of employment law across the Baltics

The expected salary range for this position is €2,400–3,000 gross per month. The final offer will be determined based on your individual qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role's requirements.
