Join our Payroll and People Master Data team in Vilnius 

We are seeking a Payroll Operations Specialist who is focused on enhancing financial data integrity, refining reporting systems, and promoting process efficiency. This role is based at the company's global headquarters in Lyngby, serving as the hub for its international activities. Here you will be part of the Payroll and People Master Data team, which provides specialized services within payroll and payroll related service in the entire group. You will also collaborate with teams across the Nordic region, Lithuania, and other international locations.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Execute end-to-end mobility payroll in close cooperation with the relevant subject matter expert, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Provide support in a range of pre-payroll tasks, including data validation, control checks, and preparation of payroll input.
  • Assist in the execution of payroll runs, ensuring all processes adhere to internal controls and statutory requirements.
  • Administer and manage collective agreements, including documentation, reporting, and payout processes.
  • Monitor and follow up on time registration to ensure readiness for a accurate payroll processing.
  • Support the reconciliation of payroll-related accounts, ensuring alignment between payroll outputs and financial postings.

Furthermore, you should have:

  • Extensive experience with SAP payroll processes (2+ years); experience with expatriate payroll is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in executing payroll operations with a high degree of accuracy and structure.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts and service providers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with payroll data, reconciliations, and controls.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to data confidentiality.

Salary for this position ranges from 2900-3800 EUR before taxes. We believe in your professional capability therefore the final offer will be based on your competencies and experience.
