Currently, we are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our growing Finance team and to create a meaningful impact on building this future.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Accurately process payroll for all group entities in a timely manner;

• Create detailed payroll-related reports and collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations;

• Proactively monitor and implement changes to ensure compliance;

• Respond to employee questions regarding paychecks, taxes, and benefits with clarity and professionalism;

• Streamline payroll systems to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and save time;

• Oversee the accurate processing and approval of employee expenses and reimbursements.

Your part in the bigger picture:

• Higher degree in accounting or a related field;

• Have at least 2 years experience in accounting and payroll preparation;

• Have experience with local employment regulations, labour law and payroll related taxation;

• Knowledge of Lithuanian accounting standards, familiarity with international accounting standards;

• Strong attention to detail and problem solving;

• Communication - being able to clearly explain payroll calculations and policies to employees;

• Time Management - being able to meet strict deadlines for payroll submission and compliance filings;

• Being proactive and effective team-player and pick up responsibilities quickly;

• Excellent MS Office skills.
