We’re looking for an Outbound Account Executive to bring in new business, take charge of the sales process, and work with high-potential clients across various industries. If you’re a skilled negotiator, driven by results, and eager to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day:

  • Taking ownership of revenue goals and driving sales growth.
  • Leading the outbound sales process, from discovery to contract negotiations.
  • Developing strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries, such AI, as e-commerce, retail, cybersecurity.
  • Building and managing a small team of BDRs, guiding them on account priorities and outreach techniques.
  • Attending sales meetings with prospects, tailoring pitches, and crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to expand your network and source new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align on product strategy and provide client feedback.
  • Refining outbound sales workflows and contributing to team projects to optimize performance.

Your Skills & Experiences:

  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle sales with enterprise-level clients.
  • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) and a data-driven approach to prospecting.
 
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, APIs, or scraping technologies.
  • Experience selling to engineering teams or industries like e-commerce, retail, or cybersecurity.
  • An additional foreign language (always a plus in international sales).

Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:

  • Gross salary: 3000 - 4000 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
