Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid/Senior Java Developer to join a long-term fintech/banking project. You will design and develop scalable backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot, working in a modern microservices environment deployed on AWS. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-performance, secure backend systems while collaborating with experienced engineers in an Agile team.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot

Build and maintain REST APIs following best engineering practices

Develop and support microservices-based solutions

Manage builds and dependencies with Gradle

Write and maintain automated tests using JUnit, Mockito, and AssertJ

Ensure code quality through SonarQube and code reviews

Work with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines

Deploy containerized applications using Docker on AWS

Implement logging and monitoring using Logback, SLF4J, and Grafana

Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka

Work with PostgreSQL and Redis

Apply security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
