Mid-Senior B2B Influencer Marketing Manager

Your day-to-day:

    • Build influencer marketing as a new growth channel from zero: strategy, platforms, processes, execution, and scaling.
    • Identify, outreach, and onboard the right B2B tech influencers (developers, tech educators, engineer YouTubers, dev tool reviewers, automation creators, etc.).
    • Build and maintain relationships with the influencers.
    • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant marketing channels.
    • Track channel and partner performance, analyze results, and drive clear insights to improve campaigns.
    • Develop briefs for influencer content (scripts, value props, product angles, messaging guidance) & ensure technical accuracy of influencer content.
    • Spot trends in the developer influencer ecosystem, keep track of competitor activities, and proactively suggest new opportunities.

Your skills & experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing targeting B2B or technical audiences.
    • Experience working with creators in tech, developer tools, SaaS, API products, or cloud infrastructure.
    • Ability to build influencer marketing process and tech stack from scratch.
    • Strong ownership mentality, taking initiative and driving outcome.
    • Excellent spoken and written English.
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to measure and optimize campaign performance, draw insights and learnings from campaign performance.

    • Nice to have
    • Understanding of web scraping, proxies, APIs, or developer tools.
    • Experience in other performance marketing or growth roles.

    • Tech Stack
    • AI tools - ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, others
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Market intelligence tools: SemRush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, etc.
    • Power BI or other analytics tools

Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:

    • Gross salary: 2500 - 4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
