You will be:
Facilitating alignment and communication with client stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, IT, and executive teams.
Acting as a strategic advisor to marketing and sales leaders, helping them optimize and integrate Martech solutions to meet business objectives.
Training and empowering client resources with best-practice frameworks to help them independently leverage Martech tools for ongoing success.
Leading workshops, training sessions, and content development to foster client engagement and hands-on understanding of Martech capabilities.
Staying current with marketing, sales, and revenue operations industry trends and technologies, sharing relevant insights with clients.
Managing multiple customer projects simultaneously, adapting to evolving client needs and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
Owning assigned work with accountability for its correlation to broader project outcomes
You will need:
3+ years of experience working withMarTech infrastructures
Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) and ETL tools (experience with Segment would be highly appreciated).
Familiarity with advanced digital analytics platforms, user engagement and personalization tools (experience with Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Braze, MoEngage would be considered an advantage).
Strong project and stakeholder management skills to coordinate projects, set priorities, and keep initiatives on track.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle technical issues and collaborate smoothly with cross-functional teams
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
