ABOUT THE ROLE:

If you are based in Vilnius, the heart of Lithuania, you have the opportunity to engage in exciting projects within the finance sector.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead end-to-end campaign development across the customer lifecycle, from planning and creative development to execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Manage the creative and brand review process to ensure timely delivery of materials that meet brand and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regional teams to ensure campaigns meet local and global requirements, including localization and approvals.
• Drive continuous improvement through structured testing: design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and share actionable insights.
• Ensure high quality across all customer communications through careful review of links, images, and copy.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communications, specifically in CRM, Loyalty, Customer Experience, or Product Marketing.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience managing CRM campaigns in global or multi-market environments.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Braze.
• Skilled in data analysis, audience segmentation, and creating reports and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Background in Finance or FinTech is a plus.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 1800-2300 eur gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
