The Role: Marketing AI Specialist
We’re entering the AI era — and we’re looking for a Marketing AI Specialist to lead the way.
You’ll drive innovation and efficiency by embedding AI across our marketing and commercial functions. You’re a “manager of one” – from strategy to execution, you’ll create our AI roadmap, pilot high-impact initiatives, and educate teams on how to use emerging tools. This is a new and transformative role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and emerging technology.
What You’ll Do
- Research & Strategy
- Identify, assess, and pilot AI use cases across the marketing funnel and beyond: from brand awareness and communications to lead generation, nurturing, and customer expansion.
- Champion and embed AI-first thinking in team processes, tools, and campaigns.
- Execution & Optimization
- Build and own AI roadmap to inject AI across marketing and commercial functions.
- Work cross-functionally to design and automate high-impact marketing workflows and campaigns using AI approaches.
- Apply generative AI and predictive analytics to improve personalization, segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze internal and external marketing and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and whitespace.
- Turn insights into actionable strategies for demand generation and upsell/cross-sell activities.
- Marketing Operations & Enablement
- Enhance operational efficiency through AI-powered reporting, attribution modeling, and dashboarding.
- Educate and upskill the marketing team on emerging AI tools and best practices.
Who You Are
- 3+ years' experience applying AI in marketing or commercial roles.
- Understanding of how AI can transform marketing strategy and operations.
- Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
- Direct experience working with ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Perplexity, and Google’s AI solutions (Gemini, Bard, Vertex AI, etc.).
- Ability to develop or deploy AI agents (e.g., LangChain agents, AutoGPT, crewAI) to automate workflows and connect across tools, APIs, or data sources.
- Skilled in automation, web scraping, and LLM-based data extraction.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance experimentation with business impact.
- Self-driven “manager of one” able to identify goals and execute them.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you're a translator
between AI capabilities and marketing needs.
Bonus Points
- Experience with B2B SaaS or fintech marketing.
- Background in marketing automation, CRM, or customer lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with EU markets and regulatory environments around data and identity.

Salary
2800-3300 €/month gross. We’re open to discussing a competitive salary based on your skills, experience, and competencies.
