Manager/Senior Manager in Direct Tax team

Location: Vilnius or flexible 

In this role, you will: 

• Lead and deliver tax projects, including due diligence, structuring, tax reviews for some of the largest Lithuanian and international companies 

• Help clients address their tax challenges and business needs by identifying tax risks and tax-saving opportunities, and providing practical, value-adding solutions through written reports, calculations, and verbal advice 

• Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients 

• Contribute to marketing and business development activities, such as preparing proposals and presenting at seminars 

• Play a key role in leading the team by coaching colleagues, supporting their day-to-day development, and setting an example through your own work 

• Drive the growth of our Tax Consulting and M&A Tax practice through active business development 

You are the right fit if you: 

• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Tax Consulting 

• Have solid knowledge of Tax, Finance, and/or Accounting 

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Law (would be considered as an advantage) 

• Have an excellent command of English and Lithuanian 

• Combine strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to express your ideas clearly in writing 

• Are a proactive and reliable team player with strong organizational and communication skills
