In this role, you will:
Lead and deliver tax projects, including due diligence, structuring, tax reviews for some of the largest Lithuanian and international companies
Help clients address their tax challenges and business needs by identifying tax risks and tax-saving opportunities, and providing practical, value-adding solutions through written reports, calculations, and verbal advice
Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients
Contribute to marketing and business development activities, such as preparing proposals and presenting at seminars
Play a key role in leading the team by coaching colleagues, supporting their day-to-day development, and setting an example through your own work
Drive the growth of our Tax Consulting and M&A Tax practice through active business development
You are the right fit if you:
Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Tax Consulting
Have solid knowledge of Tax, Finance, and/or Accounting
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Law (would be considered as an advantage)
Have an excellent command of English and Lithuanian
Combine strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to express your ideas clearly in writing
Are a proactive and reliable team player with strong organizational and communication skills

Gross monthly salary starting from 5000 EUR plus an annual performance-based bonus.
