We're looking for a Team Lead to shape and grow our Digital Compliance & Customer Affairs function – a key team at the intersection of legal, marketing, product, and customer experience.
In this role, you won’t just be ensuring compliance – you’ll be helping define how we build trust with millions of customers across multiple markets. From how we write our Terms to how we show discounts, from digital product flows to cookie banners – if it lives online and touches the customer, your team will be involved.

🎯 What you’ll do:
Build, lead, and mentor a team focused on web, marketing, and digital product compliance.
Oversee the legal health of our digital presence – including website content, Terms & Conditions, privacy notices, cookies, and user consents.
Keep our marketing fair and creative – making sure ads, claims, discounts, reviews and promotions align with applicable legal standards.
Stay on top of global digital compliance trends and adapt them into practical guidance for our teams across markets.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Brand Reputation to proactively manage risks and align on best practices.
Support online privacy-related matters and coordinate with data protection teams where needed.
Ensure our digital products and tools comply with relevant consumer, marketing, and transparency rules – from idea to launch.
Handle escalated consumer and regulator complaints relating to what we say or show online.
Continuously improve and streamline compliance workflows, finding smart ways to automate, scale, and simplify.
📌 Our expectations for you:
5+ years of experience in legal or compliance roles, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer protection.
At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team.
Hands-on knowledge of EU/UK/US laws relating to digital marketing, online transparency, unfair commercial practices, cookies, and consents.
Experience working with website content, pricing presentation, T&Cs, and customer-facing policies.
Solid understanding of advertising compliance – including claims, reviews, influencer content, and promotions.
Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and the ability to adapt them into scalable internal practices.
Strong collaboration and communication skills – you’re comfortable working across functions and translating legal talk into practical business advice.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset – you're not just checking boxes, you're improving systems.
Team leadership or mentoring experience is a strong plus.
