Description

OUR CLIENT is a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. It is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within their smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Research

- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential sales leads, including businesses, institutions, and individual clients;

- Use various tools, databases, and online resources to gather information on prospective clients and market trends;

- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

  • Market and Competitor Analysis

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for lead generation;

- Monitor fintech industry developments to stay informed about emerging companies, technologies, and market segments;

- Provide insights and recommendations on target markets and potential growth area.

  • Data Collection and Management

- Collect, organize, and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of information;

- Use CRM system to input, track, and manage lead information, ensuring data integrity and regular updates;

- Segment leads based on criteria such as industry, company size, and business needs.

  • Report Preparation and Presentation

- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads identified, lead quality, and conversion rates;

- Present research findings and lead insights to the team;

- Suggest improvements to lead generation strategies based on research data and sales feedback.

  • Business Development

- Engage leads through cold/warm outreach: email, phone, video, and in-person

meetings.

- Manage a structured sales pipeline with clear visibility on stages, forecasts, and

KPIs.

- Partner with product, compliance/AML, and marketing teams to tailor value

propositions by sector.

- Ensure smooth handovers to internal teams for onboarding and customer success.

- Participate at industry fairs, identify potential customers and sell services



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;
  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or sales support, preferably within the fintech industry;
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources;
  • Experience in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and data analysis platforms;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sales.

 Will be considered as a plus:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo Apollo, or similar lead generation platforms;
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM;
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI;
  • Understanding of financial products and services.
