You’re a systems thinker who thrives on ownership, structure, and scalable solutions. With a strong DevOps background and a passion for building robust infrastructure, you know how to balance reliability with innovation. You're confident leading initiatives, mentoring teammates, and shaping the big picture — from architecture to OKRs. If you enjoy improving what already exists and creating what doesn’t — this role is for you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure from the ground up
    • Lead optimization efforts for system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
    • Plan, prioritize, and execute team OKRs in collaboration with engineering leadership
    • Guide and mentor DevOps engineers; foster a culture of ownership and learning
    • Upgrade and modernize existing systems with a focus on stability and security
    • Set up and manage LEMP stacks, Kubernetes clusters, and CI/CD pipelines
    • Oversee monitoring, alerting, and proactive incident response
    • Maintain and improve internal DevOps documentation and workflows
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth and secure deployments

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

    • 5+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
    • Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or similar)
    • Proven ability to build, scale, or overhaul systems from scratch
    • Experience leading or mentoring DevOps/Infra teams
    • Strong knowledge of containerization, orchestration (Kubernetes), and automation tools
    • Experience managing OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • A security-first mindset and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

GROSS SALARY

    • From 5500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
