We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst (Product Owner / Citizen Developer) to join our team.
This role goes beyond requirements gathering. You’ll act as the link between clients and engineering teams, helping shape products from initial discussions through to delivery. Working across multiple projects and domains, you’ll be exposed to a wide range of business challenges and play an important role in how we deliver value and grow long-term client relationships.
You Will:
- Participate in pre-sales activities, working with prospective clients to understand business and system needs, conduct technical discovery, and help shape successful project engagements.
- Build early-stage application prototypes and solution using AI-augmented delivery workflows.
- Facilitate and lead requirements workshops, turning complex business needs into clear and actionable delivery direction.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business objectives into precise technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks early, and support successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s AI-augmented software delivery practice through mentoring, internal knowledge sharing, workshops, and continuous process improvement.
You Will Need:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a software development environment.
- Proven experience leading client-facing workshops and requirements sessions.
- Strong understanding of software delivery processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly understand new business domains and products, and work effectively across multiple projects and contexts.
- Interest in AI-driven solutions, with a strong motivation to deepen expertise in the field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
