We are currently seeking a talented Lawyer

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for meetings, consultations, and committees.
• Prepare reports for the department head.
• Provide information to other employees of the company or group companies.
• Submit necessary documents for legal proceedings, institutions, organizations, company and group employees, and/or third parties.
• When necessary, lead the operational team established by the department head and administer and coordinate the actions and work of team members.
• Review and analyze documents and provide legal assessments and risk analyses to the department head or other managers.
• Monitor the Lithuanian court electronic services portal (EPP) and upload company and group legal documents submitted to courts.
• Participate in audits and represent or coordinate appropriate representation of the company's and group companies' interests during them.
• Carry out other tasks and assignments related to the company or group activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English (B1 level or higher).
• A university degree in law.
• At least two years of legal work experience.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and resilience to stress.
• Motivation to achieve high results.

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 2650 EUR - 3320 EUR brutto

Depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements are able to consider different salary ranges
