Job Summary

 

As a Key Account Manager, End-User/ Project Sales you’ll be responsible for creating and fostering long-term, strategic partnerships with major key accounts in B2B segment (investors, end-users, designers, installers, partners, etc). Together with a team of great colleagues you curate custom offerings and develop new market opportunities.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • You’ll be the force that builds strong, lasting relationships with end‑users and major key accounts—installers, partners, distributors, and electrical wholesalers—spotting opportunities and turning them into real wins through cutting‑edge smart lighting solutions.
  • You’ll think commercially and act strategically, using your strong financial acumen to understand business drivers and uncover new opportunities that push growth forward.
  • You’ll champion customer satisfaction, diving deep into customer challenges and bringing a solution‑oriented mindset that turns complex problems into powerful outcomes.
  • You’ll design tailored, future‑ready lighting concepts that boost energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability—and genuinely make a difference in how spaces work.
  • You’ll collaborate like a pro, bringing together internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless, high‑value project execution.

 

Critical Experiences

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree—your academic foundation will support your commercial and technical conversations.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or Business Development within a B2B environment, ideally offering complex, engineering‑driven solutions.
  • Experience in Project Sales, navigating long sales cycles and creating impact from concept to closing.
  • Natural learning agility and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—you know how to influence, align, and get buy-in.
  • A passion for building relationships and working with diverse customers.
  • Strong team player, with collaborative and supporting mindset, energizing people.
  • Fluent Lithuanian, excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
