To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for Travel shop Specialist to join our team in PANEVĖŽYS.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Provide excellent face-to-face service and active sales to the customer.
- Find the most suitable solution of customer needs and to provide a bespoke travel solutions.
- To promote the interest of potential tourists on the new product/ destinations.
- Maintenance of order on site.
- Organizing documentation, working with the cash register/system, organizing collection.
- Work in shifts according to the work schedule from 10:00 to 21:00.
- Be sure that customer leaves the sales point happy, satisfied and with a desire to travel.
- Meet all internal rules of the Domina shopping mall.
- Work experience as a consultant (preferably in tourism).
- Experience in customer service and asset sales.
- Willingness to help the customer.
- Native Lithuanian and intermediate English.
- Specialized or higher education (preferable in tourism).
- Experience working with a cash register, system, and computer.
- Knowledge of customer service etiquette.
- Professional or high education.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Fast learning for internal company softwares (Booking, accounting, CRM systems).
- Career in a large international fast-growing company.
