Role Summary

Are you passionate about building innovative, customer-facing applications? AccuSourceHR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Innovation team. You’ll work on cutting-edge solutions using Python, PHP, Vue.js, and AI technologies, helping us disrupt the market and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop basic components of web applications using PHP, Python, and Vue.js under guidance. 
• Explore AWS cloud environments and assist in deploying and monitoring applications. 
• Verify and test AI-powered features, supporting debugging and quality assurance efforts. 
• Ensure code meets basic standards for readability, performance, and security. 
• Learn automation practices and begin writing simple, testable code with mentorship. 
• Organize personal documentation and contribute to team collaboration efforts. 
• Participate in team learning activities and seek mentorship to grow professionally.

Education/Experience

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Up to 2 years of experience in web development (internships or personal projects welcome).
• Basic understanding of backend programming using Python or PHP.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred/Bonus Experience:

• Willingness to learn cloud platforms and modern frameworks.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

Tech Stack:

• Languages & Frameworks: Python or PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (basic knowledge).
• Backend & Database: REST APIs, MySQL (basic knowledge).
• Tools & Methodologies: Git, Agile/Scrum (introductory level).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to commute to our Vilnius office 2 times / week.
• A dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home conducive to focused work, including proper seating and desk setup.
• Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to support professional video calls and meetings.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally, for tasks such as setting up a workstation or equipment.
