We are looking for an analytical Junior Risk Analyst which would be skilled in identifying potential risks, conducting thorough research, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.Ready to contribute to a dynamic team in proactively managing risks? If so, apply now!

Your day-to-day:

    • Perform due diligence and risk assessments, research and analyze KYC elements.
    • Own product usage monitoring and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Perform payment risk assessments.
    • Work with various teams to establish processes to prevent incidents.
    • Analyze and prevent possible fraud cases.
    • Support team colleagues in daily tasks.

Your skills & experience:

    • Some experience in KYC/Compliance/Risk area.
    • Have a general sense of risk management principles.
    • Strong analytical thinking, “can-do” attitude and client-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work well under uncertainty and ability to work independently.
    • Proactive approach while performing tasks, good communication skills, and hunger to learn. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Lithuanian).

      • Nice to have:
    • Experience working with Payment Processors and payment reviews would be considered an advantage.
    • Previous Data Visualisation software (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc) experience.
    • Previous experience in customer support.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 1700 – 2500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
