Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Power Platform Engineering Team and help us take care of expanding our in-house software development capabilities.

We have been using Microsoft platforms like Sharepoint (since 2010), Power Platform (since 2019) for a while. A lot of corporate applications were created to automate and manage multiple different business needs. We believe these products and platforms enable us to create corporate tools at a very fast pace and ease of use.

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our team and help support applications built on SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. Whether you already have experience or you’re a fast learner eager to grow, we’d love to hear from you! You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Ensuring stable and reliable operation of corporate applications built on SharePoint and Power Platform
  • Monitoring system performance, identifying issues proactively, and preventing potential incidents
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Supporting integrations between information systems and ensuring smooth data flows
  • Collaborating closely with development teams to escalate complex issues and support deployments
  • Maintaining documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Supporting end users by providing guidance, training, and clear communication
  • Showing a strong interest in developing programming skills (e.g., C#, JavaScript, or similar), with opportunities to gradually take on development-related tasks and grow towards a developer role

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps) or strong willingness to learn and develop in this area
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Power Platform Admin Center) and their purpose
  • Interest in automation, dashboards, and monitoring process improvement
  • General understanding of DevOps concepts and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence)
  • Foundational knowledge of databases and SQL (academic or self-taught background welcome)
  • Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset when working with internal stakeholders and team members
  • Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and motivation for professional growth
